We use a sharp utility knife to trim excess material, ensuring a snug fit around obstacles. Straightedges help achieve clean lines and prevent frayed edges.
Address Seams
Leave a small gap of approximately 3-4mm (1/8 inch) between seams to create a seamless appearance. This gap will be filled later to blend the pieces.

For stability, drive landscape spikes or nails around the perimeter every 15 cm (6 inches). Insert each nail at an angle to prevent shifting.
Focusing on the Seams
Apply strong outdoor adhesive along the seam tape, pressing the turf edges together to eliminate gaps. Maintain tension to keep seams tight and virtually invisible.
Applying Infill
Apply infill using a drop spreader. This will evenly weigh down the grass, support the blades, and improve drainage.
Brushing the Turf
After the infill is applied, brush the turf with a stiff-bristle broom to work it into the fibres. This helps the blades stand upright, giving the turf a fuller, natural look.
